Terms & Conditions
1-Cancellation or Refunds are accepted within 48hrs from date of purchase.
2- Delivery time for Electric fireplace might take from 4 to 6 weeks, all ethanol & Gas fireplaces from 3 to 4 months.
3- Installation & transportation fees are included for Ethanol & Gas fireplaces (Electric fireplaces not included) and for delivery only within Cairo, other destinations will be charged with extra fees.
4-This invoice has been issued based on the exchange rate for the Euro as per the invoice date and in case of any change more than 10% prices will be updated accordingly.
5-In case of any force majeure that prevents the company from delivery of products, the company preserves the right to cancel the order and return the paid amounts.
١- لالغاء الطلب برجاء التواصل مع الشركة خلال ٤٨ ساعة من خلال الفاتورة
٢- توصيل الدفايات الكهربائية في خلال مدة من ٤ الي ٦ اسابيع ، اما بالنسبة لدفايات الايثانول و الغاز في خلال مدة ٣ الي ٤ اشهر
٣- للدفايات الايثانول و الغاز السعر يشمل التوريد و التركيب ( الدفايات الكهربائية غير شاملة) علي ان يكون داخل محافظة القاهرة و اي محافظة اخري سيتم اضافة مصاريف اخري
٤- تم اصدار هذة الفاتورة بسعر صرف لليورو بتاريخ الشراء، و في حاله اي تغيير في سعر الصرف عن ١٠٪ في وقت التسليم، يتم تعديل الفاتورة بسعر الصرف الجديد
٥- في حالة حدوث اي قوة قهرية تمنع الشركة من التسليم و تنفيذ بنود التعاقد، تحتفظ الشركة بحقها في الغاء التعاقد و رد المبالغ المدفوعة
