Which Fireplace Is Right for My Space?
Choosing the right fireplace depends on your space, design goals, and whether you need decorative flames or real heating. Our specialists will help you select the ideal Electric, Water Vapor, Ethanol, or Gas fireplace for your space and provide the appropriate technical recommendations.
Is installation included in the price?
Installation is included with all Planika fireplaces. For Igloo Electric and Water Vapor fireplaces, installation is quoted separately based on the project requirements and location. Our team will provide a detailed quotation before confirming your order.
Do You Deliver Across Egypt?
Yes. We deliver projects across Egypt, including Alexandria, the North Coast, the Red Sea, and Upper Egypt. Delivery and installation fees vary depending on the project location.
Can I Install a TV Above the Fireplace?
Yes. TVs can be safely installed above both Igloo Electric and Water Vapor fireplaces, making them an ideal choice for modern media walls and contemporary interior designs.
Can I Download Technical Drawings and 3D Models?
Yes. Most product pages include technical drawings, installation manuals, DWG files, PDF specification sheets, and 3D models for architects, designers, and contractors. Our technical team can also assist with custom project requirements.
What Warranty Do Your Fireplaces Include?
Igloo offers one of the longest fireplace warranties in the Egyptian market. Most fireplaces are backed by a 2-year warranty, while selected outdoor models include up to 3 years of coverage, supported by our dedicated after-sales service team.
How Long Do Delivery and Installation Take?
Igloo Electric and Water Vapor fireplaces are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks after order confirmation. Planika Ethanol and Gas fireplaces are imported directly from Poland and generally require 2–3 months. Installation is scheduled once the site is ready and is typically completed within one working day.
What Is Your Cancellation and Refund Policy?
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. After this period, production or procurement begins, and cancellations may no longer be possible. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for complete details.
